概述
This decision analysis course gives you a solid understanding of Dialogue Decision Process (Developed by Strategic Decision Group—www.sdg.com) and the analysis tools used for making high-quality of a decisions. You will learn how to measure and improve the quality of a decision, how to set up an efficient and effective decision-making process, and how to interpret the analysis of decision alternatives.
