This course provides students the fundamental knowledge of vibration analysis and understanding of vibration measurement.

Homework Assignments + Quizzes (20%), Midterm (30%), Final Exam (30%), Term Project (20%). The anticipated term project includes the modal test (模態測試) of a real structure, for example, triangle musical instrument, circular ring, bike frame, etc.
