The course will be designed in three modules: Module ONE (6 weeks – 18 hours) - 形成創業思維 (Form ideas) 1. 為何創業? (Why having a new business) 2. 創業資源和生態系統 (Innovation resources and Ecosystem) 3. 精實創業 (I) (Lean startups I) 4. 如何實現創業 - 精實創業 (II) (Lean startups II) 5. 創業分組和討論 (Group Assignments) 6. 外部創業分享(1-2次) (Seminars from recent startups) Model TWO (6 weeks – 18 hours) - 建立創業團隊 (Build team) 1. 確認創業題目(分組報告和檢討) ( Confirm Innovation Topics and Discussion) 2. 團隊CXO工作分配和責任討論 (CXO assignment and responsibility) 3. 外部CXO業師分享(1-2次) (Seminars from experienced CXOs) 4. Team CXO 報告和討論 (CXO reports) Model THREE (6 weeks – 18 hours) - 實現創業 (Realize Business) 1. 建構創業商業模式 (Construct Business Model) 2. 雛形產品 I and II (商模和技術產品) (Prototyping and business or product) 3. 商業報告訓練 I and II (Business Pitch) 4. 期末報告 (Demo Pitch) Module ONE (6 weeks – 18 hours) - 形成創業思維 (Form ideas) 1. 為何創業? This is a course that will carry team's business idea to next level. So we are expecting to have following students with various skills or interest in Technology or business development: 1. Who like to know what Entrepreneurship means 2. Who want to involve the process of the business practice (up to presentation level) 3. Who like to be an Entrepreneur

30% Course involvement and HW 70% Business Proposal Presentation There are +/- 10% for actual contribution of the business proposal The one who contributes idea and used for team BP will have 5% bonus points
