概述
本課程將提供給醫放系一年級的學生選修,配合莊惠燕老師的基因工程實作課程,讓學生盡早熟悉生命科學在放射科學領域扮演的角色,及做研究的方法。本課程將涵蓋核酸化學、遺傳學基本概念、DNA複製、重組、傷害與修補、基因轉錄轉譯、蛋白質製造與修飾分類、突變與癌化、基因體學、微陣列與遺傳工程進行科普式的介紹。
