本課程設計主要包含離心運動的介紹以及運動/營養對胰島素阻抗的影響。離心運動的部分介紹骨骼肌離心收縮的特質、離心運動可能造成的傷害、以及離心運動在不同族群上的應用。運動/營養對胰島素阻抗的影響將介紹運動/營養介入對個體胰島素的影響,以及藥物或年齡等因素對運動影響胰島素敏感度的調節。The course content includes an introduction of eccentric exercise and the effects of exercise/nutrition on insulin resistance. The section on eccentric exercise introduces the characteristics of skeletal muscle eccentric contractions, the potential injuries caused by eccentric exercise, and the application of eccentric exercise in different groups. The section on the effects of exercise/nutrition on insulin resistance will introduce the effect of exercise/nutrition intervention on insulin resistance and factors that influence the effects of exercise.
