學習臨床常見過敏免疫症的臨床表現、診斷及治療。過敏的範圍從較輕微的皮疹、水?到氣喘發作乃至於過敏性的休克等都包括在內。而免疫病則泛指免疫系統功能低下或失調所造成的病症,諸如:先天性免疫功能不全或缺乏、紅斑性狼瘡、乾燥症候群、硬皮病、發炎性肌炎、抗磷脂症候群、貝西氏症及各類的血管炎等,皆屬於免疫病的範疇。To learn allergic reaction manifestation, diagnosis and treatment. The presentation of allergy included skin rash, vesicles, ashma attack and shock. Immune disease such as SCID, SLE, Sicca syndrome, systemic sclerosis, anti-phospholipid syndrome, Becet's disease, caused by immundeficieny, dysregulation, were all included in immune disorder.

學生修完微生物學、免疫學後修習過敏免疫風濕病學是適當的。抵抗外來感染的防禦力依靠免疫系統,不正常的免疫力又會誘發風溼免疫等相關疾病。此課程之目的,為讓學生對臨床上免疫學的應用,以及各種醫院中經常遭遇的免疫風濕疾病有所認識。For rheumatology, it is important to learn immunogy after studying microbiology. Human defense foreign microorganism through immune system, however, immune dysregulation could precipitate autoimmune disease. This curriculum aim to teach student about clinical immunumogoly, and most prevelant clinical autoimmune disease.
