This course emphasizes on leadership, organization and health care system management. This course provides how to utilize the theories and concepts to health service organizations today and in the future. Leading the multiple clinical disciplines as well as analyzing relevant political and legal perspectives are the focus. In order to provide high quality of care through effective health care system, quality improvement and sustaining appropriate levels of changes by teamwork are explored.

1. Lead health care industry changes that fulfill the needs of patient populations based on scientific findings in global health care delivery system and structures of health care organizations. 2. Demonstrate problem-solving skills to reform organizational design. 3. Develop the highest level of nursing practice by integrate nursing knowledge with national health care environment. 4. Develop advanced communication skills in complex ethical, legal and social environment. 5. Understand health care informatics and big data analytic for health care organization and societal impact. 6. Prevent adverse event through RCA (Root Cause Analysis) or FEMA Failure mode and effects analysis systematically to increase patient safety and health care quality 7. Utilizing strategic and marketing skills to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
