The course will provide the students a concrete understanding toward implementation of intervention and practice in community from a variety of perspectives (e.g., healthcare, social welfare, health behaviors, and law/policy) and the evidence-based process of data collection and analysis from quantitative and qualitative perspectives. Students will partner with the designated government agency or non-government organizations to address the implementation component and produce the evidence to facilitate implementation process.
This course is intended to help students learn the concept of implementation science and develop the basic skills to utilize data to advocate for change in community or society.
