概述

Based on molecular biology, this course will introduce the impact of ionizing radiation at the molecular level of cells and mammals, including DNA replication and recombination, DNA damage and repair, gene transcription and translation, regulation of gene expression, oxidative stress, radiation molecular biotechnology, molecular Information conduction and even system biology will be introduced and discussed. The topic of interestes include: 1. Ionizing radiation can cause biological damage, including inflammation, cell death, genetic effects, and cancer. 2. The triggering mechanism of these reactions includes a series of molecular-level actions and the conduction of molecular messages. 3. Ionizing radiation also causes damage to matter and its structure at the molecular level, resulting in macroscopic biological phenomena.
