概述

1. To understand the structure-function relationship in chemistry using organic compounds as the prime examples. 2. To learn the basic chemical properties of various functional groups in organic chemistry. 3. To learn modern techniques that help characterize organic compounds. 4. To learn biochemical principles by comparing the reactions in biochemistry with those in organic chemistry
