At the conclusion of this course, students are expected to: Understand the basics of nuclear medicine in general and the concepts of hybrid radionuclide image generation, reconstruction and quantification, Have comprehensive acquaintance of recent developments in SPECT and PET imaging technology, Use sophisticated quantification software to process and analyze cardiac SPECT and PET images and make precise diagnoses based on the images and quantitative results of myocardial perfusion studies.
