概述
從小分子的性質、介紹細胞內醣類、脂質、蛋白質、核酸的組成、特性、分類與生物功能。亦針對蛋白質結構及酵素功能與催化機制做探討。進而介紹有機物質的代謝、調控、訊息傳導。最後希望同學學習生物物質在細胞內之代謝,了解各項代謝機制,進而了解生物化學於生醫領域之應用。
