本課程銜接四年級上學期肌肉骨骼物理治療學(二)課程內容,整合四肢與脊椎物理治療、物理治療鑑別診斷等綜合性專業知識,特別針對胸椎、肋骨與頭痛問題,教導進階評估與治療技能,包括徒手操作、運動訓練、貼紮方法等。本課程將教導學生系統化評估、完整處置肌肉骨骼系統問題之模組。 學生在修習完本課程後,應具有以下能力: 1. 能整合運用全面性評估與處置方法,處理肌肉骨骼問題。 2. 能獨立且有效執行身體各部位肌肉骨骼不適問題之處理。 This course builds upon the content of the Musculoskeletal Physical Therapy II course from the first semester of the fourth grade. It integrates comprehensive professional knowledge such as extremity and spine physical therapy, physical therapy differential diagnosis. Special emphasis is given to thoracic spine, rib, and headaches, teaching advanced assessment and treatment skills, including manual techniques, exercise training, taping methods, and more. The course instructs students in systematic assessment and comprehensive management of musculoskeletal system disorders. The teaching methods encompass three parts: lectures, hands-on skill practice, and group discussions. Upon completing this course, students should be: 1. capable of integrating and applying comprehensive assessment and intervention methods to address musculoskeletal issues. 2. able to independently and effectively address musculoskeletal discomfort in various parts of the body. 課程綱要: 1. 整合性肌肉骨骼物理治療 2. 胸椎傷病之物理治療 3. 肋骨傷病之物理治療 4. 頭痛與頸因性暈眩之物理治療 1.
