本課程教授 (1) 基礎半導體元件的運作原理及其電路模型,包括二極體與電晶體。(2) 放大器電路設計、分析及其應用。其目標在於使學生具有運用基礎半導體元件進行各式電路設計的能力。 This course covers: (1) The operating principles and circuit models of basic semiconductor devices, including diodes and transistors. (2) The design, analysis, and applications of amplifier circuits. Its goal is to equip students with the ability to design various circuits using basic semiconductor devices.
