概述

口腔顎面外科學為口腔及牙醫臨床醫學領域至為重要且獨特的臨床學科,且為口腔醫學領域唯一的外科學科,此學科涵蓋齒拔除手術、植牙手術、贗復前手術、正顎手術、良惡性腫瘤手術、重建手術、顳顎關節手術及唇顎裂手術等範疇的手術治療及相關處置,修習此課程的目標旨在引領學生能深入了解臨床上在執行這些手術治療時所涉及的各項知識與技能,能在未來一年的實習及職涯中能順利、安全及可信賴的執行各項基本的口腔手術治療及操作。

先修科目

口腔顎面外科學屬於臨床中外科領域,涉及口腔頭頸區域的臨床手術治療,因此修課前需修過口腔解剖學、口腔病理學、牙科麻醉學及牙科放射線學。
