概述

以分子生物學的層次,瞭解細胞之結構、功能與調控機制,包含: 染色體、細胞膜、細胞骨架、粒線體的基本結構與功能、DNA複製、基因轉錄、RNA轉錄後之修飾、蛋白轉譯作用與運送、細胞週期、凋亡、訊息傳遞、致癌與抑癌基因、老化、基因轉殖與胚胎幹細胞
