概述

發展健康與照顧理論與知識的觀點,瞭解護理科學與護理現象轉化的過程及方法, 促進系統性的反思。於護理科學脈絡中統整人文與科學知識,並將之轉譯於個人、群體或健康系統照護,進而提升個人、群體之健康與福祉。本課程結束時,學生能: 1. 融合具科學實證基礎之理論或概念於臨床決策與進階照護模式中。 2. 於護理科學脈絡中,系統性結合人文與科學知識,轉譯於臨床照護, 3. 提升反思批判思考及臨床解決能力,提供整體的健康照護,與具文化敏感的療癒關懷。 4. 統整實證、理論及臨床照護知識,反思護理科學與現象進化的過程,發展新的照護模式,多元跨域與溝通合作。 5. 發展健康與照護知識,應用創新照護模式改善照護品質,進行過程與成效評價,有效領導與管理。
