概述
Learning Objectives Describe the normal functions of mitochondria (bioenergetics, metabolism, signaling, apoptosis). Explain how mitochondrial dysfunction contributes to human diseases. Identify genetic and environmental causes of mitochondrial dysfunction. Analyze case studies of diseases linked to mitochondrial dysfunction. Critically evaluate therapeutic approaches targeting mitochondrial health
