概述
key focus of this course is the application of laser spectroscopy gas sensing technology to support simultaneous monitoring of multiple gases (e.g., H₂, CH₄, NH₃), addressing the growing demand for integrated gas sensing solutions in complex industrial environments. Ultimately, this course aims to bridge fundamental chemical physics and real-world sensing applications, establishing a next-generation laser-based gas sensing platform with strong potential for commercialization and deployment in semiconductor manufacturing, industrial safety, and environmental monitoring.
